Liverpool FC boss Jurgen Klopp has laughed off reports of Daniel Sturridge’s prospective exit from Anfield with his classic loud chuckle.

Reports of Daniel Sturridge’s apparent exit had rocked Liverpool fans earlier yesterday, with reliable papers like the Telegraph carrying the story of the player being far from happy in the manner his injury problems were being portrayed by the club.

Speaking ahead of the Sunderland tie, the German categorically dismissed the reports in his typical fashion. He was quoted as saying by the Guardian: “The Daniel story is not a story. How can it be a story? You cannot create stories and then ask me. If someone wants to say something at least write your name under it and don’t suggest something that is not too cool. It is absolutely not frustrating, it is not interesting.”
