Manchester United have been offered the chance to sign 25-year-old Austrian striker Sasa Kalajdzic from Bundesliga club VfB Stuttgart.

According to 90 min, Sasa Kalajdzic has been offered to Manchester United by intermediaries to find a deal for the VfB Stuttgart frontman. Th 25-year-old striker has been linked with plenty of clubs, and the Red Devils have been admirers of his talents.

The gap between now and the end of the summer transfer window is shrinking by the day, and Manchester United have plenty of work to get done. After their disastrous start to the Premier League season, Erik ten Hag highlighted the need to bring quality reinforcements before the window shuts.

Manchester United are nowhere near signing anyone despite getting closer to bringing Adrien Rabiot from Juventus. They also need a new striker, particularly if Cristiano Ronaldo decides to depart before the end of the month. Anthony Martial will then be the only choice for a central role, with the Frenchman currently injured.

Their recent pursuit of Marko Arnautovic was scrutinised, forcing Manchester United to call off the chase. They have been linked with VfB Stuttgart striker Sasa Kalajdzic, as the 25-year-old Austrian international may be available for sale at the right price.

Kalajdzic has been linked with plenty of Premier League sides, but it seems Manchester United have been overly interested in the 25-year-old striker. Former interim boss and Austria head coach Ralf Rangnick has reportedly advised Kalajdzic to snub Manchester United.

He said, “It is important that Sasa stays injury-free this season and trains and plays at the highest possible level. If he stays in Stuttgart this season, it will not be a disadvantage for his development.”

However, as per the latest on the transfer, Manchester United have been offered the chance to sign Kalajdzic by intermediaries. The Red Devils have not approached Stuttgart to sign the imposing front man. Whether the interest would materialise in a move remains to be seen. Additionally, the Bundesliga-based striker is keen on moving to Old Trafford.

The Stuttgart striker would improve their attacking lineup and help the attack hold the ball well, which is something they are missing now. A move may be contingent on Ronaldo departing, but even without that, Manchester United might feel the need to bring in a frontman.
