The Polish midfielder played 35 games, scoring six times and assisting five goals during the campaign, and his displays have put him firmly on the radars of West Ham United.
The 28-year-old is a target for West Ham as David Moyes continues his search for a specialist attacking midfielder amid links with Youri Tielemans. The Hammers have players in that position, but after an unconvincing season, there could be room for a new star to arrive.
Moyes wanted Jesse Lingard, who, despite his high salary demands, recently secured a one-year contract with Nottingham Forest. The move has forced the Hammers to continue their search for an alternative.
