Everton forward Richarlison is reportedly ready to overlook the interest from Arsenal to favour a move to Chelsea, Real Madrid or PSG this summer.

According to a report by The Sun, Richarlison is prepared to snub Arsenal in favour of a move to Chelsea, Real Madrid or Paris Saint-Germain in the summer transfer window. Everton will demand around £65 million to part ways with the Brazilian forward.

Richarlison has come leaps and bounds since arriving in England by joining Watford in August 2017. The Hornets enjoyed the services of the 25-year-old, who moved to Everton in July 2018 in a big-money deal. And Richarlison has made significant progress in the last four years, establishing himself as the Toffees’ talisman.

This past season, the Brazilian international’s output was crucial in helping Everton stave off the ignominy of relegation as he amassed ten goals and five assists in 30 appearances. But Richarlison is now keen to embark on a new adventure and will ask Everton to grant him a summer exit, with Real Madrid, Chelsea, and Arsenal looking to secure his signature.

There have been contrasting reports surrounding Real Madrid’s interest in Richarlison, with some suggesting they have been closely monitoring the Brazilian, while the others claim that Los Blancos will not launch the offensive for him this summer. But with Gareth Bale set to depart as a free agent and Marco Asensio facing an uncertain future, Real Madrid can do with someone like Richarlison.

As for Chelsea, the Blues recently joined the race to sign Richarlison, as Christian Pulisic, Hakim Ziyech, and Timo Werner face uncertain futures at Stamford Bridge. With at least one of the three attackers likely to leave, Chelsea will need to bring in a replacement, making Richarlison a viable target.

Meanwhile, the interest from Arsenal stems from the rising uncertainties surrounding the future of Nicolas Pepe. In addition, Alexandre Lacazette’s departure from the Emirates has created an opening in the offensive unit at the north London club. Richarlison is thus an option worth considering for Arsenal.

But Arsenal will likely face defeat in the pursuit of the Brazilian international, valued at £65 million by Everton. While Richarlison is ready to leave Everton, he prefers to join Real Madrid, Chelsea or Paris Saint-Germain. Arsenal will thus have an uphill task in convincing him to move to the Emirates, even if they are ready to pay £65 million to secure his services.
