Neymar has completed a highly controversial move from Barcelona to PSG, a transfer that is the new world record at €222 million.
The day that Barcelona fans were dreading since the past few weeks has finally arrived. Neymar to PSG has been made official by the French club as well after Barcelona confirmed the player’s potential departure on their official website.
