The Premier League enters the ninth Gameweek of the 2018-19 campaign, including Chelsea, Manchester United and more.

Liverpool will be looking to keep the undefeated run going as they host a Cardiff that registered their first win last weekend. Relegation zone dwellers Newcastle United, Fulham and Huddersfield all play their respective matches on Saturday, with Huddersfield and Newcastle United still searching for their first league win of the season.

Sunday is the big day, with Chelsea travelling to Burnley while Arsenal go up against fellow Londoners Crystal Palace. Manchester United will hope for better fortunes as they host Everton on Sunday. The biggest game of the matchday though, is on Monday night as Tottenham play hosts to league leaders and defending champions Manchester City.

Before we move on to the profitable markets, let us take a look at how things panned out for us in the eighth gameweek.

There have been some interesting matches between the two teams in the recent past. Cardiff will come into the match reinvigorated by their high-scoring win over Fulham. Interesting fact, Cardiff doubled their goals tally for the league this season with the 4 goals they managed against the struggling Londoners.

Liverpool survived Huddersfield and will be looking to overcome the threat posed by Cardiff, especially with Liverpool’s history of results with promoted teams in the recent past. With both sides finding the back of the net on each of their last four meetings, expect an open encounter.

Favourable Bets

1. Both Teams to Score – YES @ 2.50

2. Liverpool Clean Sheet – NO @ 2.37

Underdog Bets

1. Penalty in the Match – YES @ 3.40

Burnley vs Chelsea

Games between the two sides have been quite entertaining. And Burnley seem to have found a footing in the league, with seven points in their last four matches – the last match, a 5-0 defeat to Manchester City could be chalked down as an anomaly or just par course for Sean Dyche and his men.

Burnley have made it tough for Chelsea on each of the Londoners’ visits to Turf Moor and we should expect the same on Sunday.

Favourable Bets

1. Both Teams to Score – YES @ 2.10

2. Burnley Asian Handicap + 1.5 @ 1.775

3. Chelsea Clean Sheet – NO @ 1.83

Underdog Bets

1. Chris Wood to score anytime @ 4.33

Crystal Palace vs Arsenal

In what is another interesting fixture, Crystal Palace have run Arsenal close at Selhurst Park a lot and are in dire need of points at the current stage. Three losses on the trot, Roy Hogdson will be looking to inspire his side to a spirited performance against Arsenal, who genuinely look like a changed side under Unai Emery.

11 wins on the bounce, the Londoners are all but qualified for the knockout phases of the UEFA Europa League and find themselves just two points adrift of league leaders Manchester City. It has not been smooth sailing for Unai Emery but his squad has shown resilience and determination to grind out results, which is positive to see from Arsenal.

Expect another close encounter. But, with the form that Arsenal are in, it is difficult to see past them.

Favourable Bets

1. Arsenal to win @ 1.75

2. Both Teams to Score – YES @ 1.61

Underdog Bets

1. Wilfried Zaha to score anytime @ 3.10

Manchester United vs Everton

United did everything right against Chelsea, except getting the three points, thanks to some late drama at Stamford Bridge. The performance bodes well for Jose Mourinho, who will now be looking towards his team to put together a neat run to claw back the gap that has built between Manchester United and the rest of the ‘BIG SIX’.

Everton are actually ahead of Manchester United right now and Marco Silva would be hoping a good result against the Red Devils will be the charge his team needs to spur on to an even better position on the Premier League table. But, given the gravity of the situation, Manchester United should nab a win.

Recent history favours Manchester United. Also, what better way for Romelu Lukaku to end his goal drought than against his former team?

Favourable Bets

1. Manchester United to win @ 1.72

2. Both Teams to Score – YES @ 1.75

3. Romelu Lukaku to score anytime @ 2.30

Underdog Bets

1. Romelu Lukaku to score 2 or more @ 8.00

Miscellaneous Bets

Tottenham will prove to be a contest for Manchester City. But, with the form that Pep Guardiola’s men are in, it is tough to pick anything other than a City win, which recent results back. Slavisa Jokanovic could be given his marching orders if Fulham fail to pick up a result against Bournemouth.

Leicester should overcome West Ham on Saturday while Watford will be the favoured side as they host Huddersfield.

Favourable Bets

1. Manchester City to beat Tottenham @ 1.75

2. Watford to beat Huddersfield @ 1.75

3. Leicester to beat West Ham @ 2.15

4. Brighton vs Wolves – Both Teams to Score – YES @ 2.00

5. Fulham vs Bournemouth – Over 2.5 Match Goals @ 1.53

6. Leicester vs West Ham – Both Teams to Score – YES @ 1.75

7. Tottenham vs Manchester City – Both Teams to Score – YES @ 1.61

Underdog Bets

1. Southampton vs Newcastle United – Full Time Result – Draw @ 3.40

2. Brighton vs Wolves – Full Time Result – Draw @ 3.20
