Agent of Manchester United defender Nemanja Vidic has ruled out contract extension at Old Trafford.
The 32-year-old has been an integral part of the Manchester United side since his arrival from Spartak Moscow in 2006, but this could possibly be his last season at Old Trafford. Since 2011-12 season, the Serbian international has faced a lot of fitness concerns and has had limited contribution in the Premier League. Vidic, who has already won five Premier League titles along with one Champions League and three League Cups during his tenure, is currently in the last year of his current contract and his agent has now revealed that the center back is unlikely to sign an extension.
Fiorentina, Juventus and Napoli are reportedly monitoring his Vidicai??i??s situation and are expected to make a move for the defender. His agent has denied any contact with Napoli though, but insisted that he wonai??i??t have trouble in finding a new club.

With Rio Ferdinand approaching the fag end of his career as well, United are expected to bring in new reinforcements at the back in January or next summer. But these will be huge boots to fill up for any new player, while the likes of Evans and Smalling will be required to step up their game as well.
