Mohun Bagan in a press-conference today have announced the appointment of Santosh Kashyap as the chief coach while former Nigerian football player Bernard will be the assistant coach. Hemanta Dora will be the goal-keeping coach and Jonathan will be the Physio. Bagan are looking to start practice from the 11th of the month

East Bengal have decided to extend the contract of promising young forward Len Doungel and he is expected to sign on dotted lines for the club

349. Sporting Linked with Foreign Players
For two foreign player slots including the Asian player, Sporting are linked with a host of players. Cameroon striker Bong Bertand who is playing in Qatar and has played in Bahrain and Azerbaijan is one of the players linked. Another player linked is Nigerian Sunday Patrick Okoro. For the Asian player Sporting are in contact with Japanese Kazuo Honma who has played in Hungary and also scored a hat-trick against Dudu’s former club Debreceni

348. Sporting Retain core of their side, make new signings
It has been reported in the Goa edition of Times-of-India that Sporting Club de goa have signed Pratesh Shirodkar and Valerie Dsouaza( both from Sesa), goal- keeper Saurav Chakravarthy ( Bhavanipur FC), Agnelo Gomes and Velito D cruz ( Margao SC) ,Weilling Fernandes ( Goa velha) and Keenan Almeida( Salgaocar ) . Except losing Warundeep and Anthony they have managed to retain their other Indian players
