According to a report by Spanish outlet Telemadrid, Luka Modric is closing in on reaching an agreement with Real Madrid over a contract extension. The 36-year-old will sign a new one-year deal that will run until the end of the 2022/23 season, much to the delight of Los Blancos.
Luka Modric has scripted a fairytale story of success since joining Real Madrid from Tottenham Hotspur in August 2012.
