Arsenal and Leicester City are interested in Noa Lang, who could be available if Club Brugge receive a reasonable offer in the summer window.

According to Jeunes Footeux, Dutch winger Noa Lang is a target for Leicester City and Arsenal in the summer window. Club Brugge could let their rising star leave the team if interested parties come up with reasonable offers.

Noa Lang has been on the rise with his performances this season. The Club Brugge attacker has featured heavily for the club this term and his stats reflect the Dutchman’s growing influence in the team. His presence has yielded 12 assists and eight goals across all competitions, which has attracted the attention of some top clubs in Europe.

He also has valuable experience playing in the Champions League and may look for a new club next season. While he has a contract with Brugge until 2025, a financially reasonable offer could convince the Belgian side to allow their star man to leave.

Brugge are demanding a fee between €35-40 million in the summer, with a host of clubs keen on signing the Dutch attacker. Lang had featured on Liverpool’s list, although since the Reds signed Luis Diaz in the January window, a move for the 22-year-old could be in doubt.

However, there are still some notable eyeballs from other Premier League sides, such as Arsenal and Leicester City. Both these clubs represent a great destination for a player of Lang’s growing stature.

Arsenal are keen on signing a wide attacker to complement their newfound system and ease the burden on some of their forwards. His ability to play anywhere across the frontline would make him very useful to Mikel Arteta, who may look to deploy a false-nine next term.

The Gunners primarily see Gabriel Martinelli as a future centre-forward and would like to move him centrally from his current left-sided position. If Arteta successfully deploys the Brazilian through the middle, he would need a new attacker in his place, with several players linked, including Rafael Leao.

Lang could be a decent alternative, even though the player is far from the finished article. The Dutchman could form a good partnership with the growing band of youngsters at Arsenal under Arteta. However, the Gunners face competition from Leicester City, who also remain keen on the attacker.

Leicester City have developed a reputation of nurturing young talents in recent years. It could help them convince prospective young targets in the next window. The Foxes could be a good stepping stone towards a future big move elsewhere for Lang.

Both Arsenal and Leicester City represent solid destinations for a young star such as Lang, although Brugge’s steep asking price could pose problems over a potential deal.
