Liverpool FC defender Tiago Ilori suffered the heartbreak of losing the final as Goalkeeper Patrik Carlgren saved two penalties in a shoot-out to lead Sweden to victory over Portugal and their first European Under-21 title in Prague on Tuesday. Tiago Illori had missed the 5-0 semi final win over German with a thigh problem. But, the Liverpool FC man, who has been very impressive in the tournament so far helping Portugal concede just one goal in 5 games, could not prevent a loss for Portugal despite keeping another clean sheet as the game ended 0-0.
