Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City are three of the richest clubs in world football. Their financial backing is unrivalled in the modern game and their ability to buy the best players in the world has given them the competitive edge over domestic rivals.

Uruguay host Colombia in the second game of the Round 1 of the CONMEBOL 2018 World Cup Qualifiers, with both sides coming in the game having won their opening tie. Uruguay and Colombia had both beaten their opponents in the opening game with a 2-0 scoreline with the Uruguayans beating Bolovia and Colombians brushing aside Copa America semi-finalists, Peru. Both sides come in the game without their key attacking players. The pressure to win the tie will be on the Uruguayans, though, since they are playing at home.
