Liverpool FC have agreed a deal to sign striker Danny Ings from Burnley on July 1 after his contract expires, subject to a medical.   Liverpool FC confirmed in a statement on their website of the acquisition of the 22 year old forward subject to a medical. Burnley are entitled to a compensation despite the player being out of contract as a result of the forward being under 24 years of age. The fee is not yet agreed between the Liverpool FC and Burnley and will be decided by a tribunal should the clubs fail to agree a fee.
