Liverpool FC have been struggling in their current campaign and Brendan Rodgers will be looking for reinforcements in the January transfer window. Reports indicate that the Norther Irishman is keen to add Radja Nainggolan and feels the Belgian midfielder can add steel to his midfield. The 26 year old been valued between £15-£20m, but the complications of co-ownership could deter Liverpool chiefs. The player is currently co-owned by Roma and Cagliari and Rudi Garcia’s led club purchased 50 per cent of Nainggolan’s rights in January 2014 for a lowly £7m, but since then, they haven’t been able to work out a deal with their fellow Serie A club for the remainder of the sum. Cagliari are currently in the dominant position and being so, are reportedly asking for almost double the £7m fee for their 50 per cent stake.
