Chelsea continued their imperious form as goals from Pedro and Eden Hazard against Bournemouth extended their winning run to a club-record 12 consecutive games.

Chelsea were without Diego Costa for the first time this season but that didn’t deter Antonio Conte’s side as they comfortably got over Bournemouth in a 3-0 win. Pedro, who replaced Costa in the starting lineup, stepped up in his compatriot’s stead as he opened the scoring with a brilliant finish from the edge of the box midway through the first half.

Chelsea started the second half in dominant fashion as Hazard and co. looked to double the lead, and it was the Belgian’s brilliance that earned them a penalty that he duly converted from the spot. As the game entered its dying stages Pedro grabbed his second of the match to round off a comfortable result for his team.
