Kylian Mbappe is yet to decide on his future, with his mother Fayza Lamari claiming that he has agreed a contract with both PSG and Real Madrid.
Speaking to Kora Plus (h/t Daily Mail), Fayza Lamari, the mother of Kylian Mbappe has dropped an interesting update on the future of the Paris Saint-Germain superstar heading into the summer transfer window.
Mbappe has less than two months left on his contract with PSG and has been tipped to join Real Madrid. Los Blancos have been working on his signing for almost a year now, having had multiple bids rejected last summer. However, with him set to become a free agent shortly, they were confident of landing him on a Bosman this time out.
At the same time, PSG have been pouring in serious efforts to try and secure their prized asset’s long-term future at the club. Talks with both clubs have been ongoing for a while now and Mbappe’s mother, who also represents him, has now claimed that both Real Madrid and PSG have submitted similar offers and the decision is now up to the 23-year-old forward.
“Now we have found an agreement with both Real Madrid and PSG and the discussions are over because it is Kylian who has to choose now. The two offers, that of PSG and Real, are almost identical. At Real, my son will have control of his image rights! We will now await his decision,” Fayza Lamari said.

“In the Real Madrid offer we have full power of image rights, on the other hand there is an economic balance that rewards this thing, in short there is no difference between the two are similar.”
Lamari’s comments add another plot point to a saga that has been going on for quite some time now. With PSG set to play their final game of the season against Metz later tonight, on Saturday, Mbappe may announce his decision once the contest is over. The 23-year-old has enjoyed a fine season and will want to end it on a high if it turns out to be his final appearance for the club.
As things stand, though, there is still no clear indication of where the Frenchman will be playing his football next season.
