According to football journalist Ekrem Konur, AC Milan have moved a step closer towards the capture of Bernardo Silva. The Manchester City playmaker has agreed personal terms with the Italian giants ahead of a potential move to San Siro this summer.
AC Milan are in talks with Manchester City over financial terms, with both parties confident of reaching an agreement soon. Bernardo Silva’s impending departure comes in the aftermath of Jack Grealish’s record-breaking transfer to Etihad earlier this month.
The Portuguese international had already fallen behind the likes of Raheem Sterling, Riyad Mahrez and Phil Foden in the pecking order. The further addition of Grealish of lays even more doubt over his future at the Etihad. A switch to San Siro, thus, makes a world of sense.
