Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold is reportedly one of several right-backs that Real Madrid are closely monitoring.
According to a report by Spanish outlet Defensa Central, Trent Alexander-Arnold is the subject of interest from Real Madrid. The current La Liga champions have the Liverpool defender in their sights, although he did not make an impression in the meeting between the two sides this week.
Trent Alexander-Arnold joined the Liverpool academy as a six-year-old in 2004 and subsequently progressed through the ranks at the Merseyside club before breaking into the first-team setup in 2016. Over the past half-a-decade or so, the 22-year-old has grown exponentially to establish himself as one of the best full-backs in the game currently.
His numbers for a couple of seasons were simply unbelievable, with Alexander-Arnold being among the most creative players in the Premier. And while he has suffered a fall from grace this term, the English international still has an impressive career tally of 9 goals and 41 assists in 170 outings for Liverpool.
