Jurgen Klopp has all of his regulars available as Liverpool prepare to take on PSG at Parc des Princes in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday.

The final standings in Group C of the UEFA Champions League are set to be decided at the very last moment. On Matchday 5, however, Liverpool and PSG will be aiming to take big steps towards sealing their safe passage through to the Round of 16 when they meet at Parc des Princes on Wednesday.

The Reds could have had one foot in the knockout stages of the competition, only to be beaten 2-0 by the unheralded Crvena Zvezda. But, Jurgen Klopp will be buoyed by the fact that he has all of his regulars available, with Nathaniel Clyne, Adam Lallana, Divock Origi and Dominic Solanke the ones missing the trip to the French capital.

The good news though, is that Joe Gomez is fit and available, after being rested this past weekend to recover from a minor ankle injury. The Englishman should return to the side straightaway, replacing Dejan Lovren at the heart of the Liverpool defence.

The rest of the backline should remain unchanged, with Virgil van Dijk partnering Gomez in the central defensive partnership, while Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andrew Robertson should be the full-backs.Liverpool

Meanwhile, Klopp is likely to revert to the 4-3-3 formation to create overloads in midfield and ensure his side controls the battle in the middle of the park against PSG. To that end, James Milner is expected to return to the starting lineup, with Georginio Wijnaldum and captain Jordan Henderson giving him company in the midfield.

Klopp also provided an update on a couple of missing players during his pre-match press conference, while also adding that Sadio Mane is fit and available to face PSG.

“Adam Lallana is back in training on Thursday, but that is obviously after the game tomorrow. The issue is nothing anymore because he is on the way back; it was a minor muscle thing and nothing serious. Dom has a little groin issue, it happened in training.”

“I got a message yesterday that Divock, Sadio and Kamil were ill. They came in and we checked them again – Sadio trained today as normal and is available. That’s all good. All the rest is like it was before.”

With Mane fit and available, the front trio picks itself, with the Senegalese superstar lining up in attack alongside Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino, relegating Xherdan Shaqiri to the bench.
