Additionally, the former Tottenham midfielder feels Ramsey could flourish under Emery’s guidance, given he signs a new deal.
Apart from Chelsea, Ramsey has been courted by the likes of Liverpool, Manchester United and Barcelona, with the Merseysiders also believed to be lining up a late bid for the Welshman. If he is to move to another rival, especially in the Premier League, it will come as a big blow for Arsenal and their ambitions for the coming season.

Arsenal, on the other hand, are believed to be open to selling Ramsey if he refuses to sign a new deal.
