FC Barcelona have sent scouts to monitor Liverpool attacking midfielder Cameron Brannagan, according to Catalan paper Sport.
Liverpool midfielder Cameron Brannagan, 19, is rated highly by manager Jurgen Klopp and his staff at Anfield.
The Scouser has risen through the youth ranks at Kirkby and has already made his first team debut in the UEFA Europa League against Bordeaux earlier in the season.
The report in Sport says the Liverpool midfielder first caught the eye of the Barcelona scouts after he put in a wonderful display when their U19 side met Liverpool U19 in the UEFA Youth League.
Apparently, Barcelona sent scouts to watch Brannagan during the recent U21 game against Leicester City.

The Scouser had joined Liverpool Academy at the tender age of 5 and has risen through the ranks to play for the U18s and U21s, with his first team debut coming earlier this season.
Brannagan signed a new deal with the club in October after impressing manager Jurgen Klopp.
Klopp has been praising the youngster, and was quoted saying by ESPN FC: “He’s a great young guy. I like his style.
“For his age he brings everything you need for a midfield player he wants to play football, he’s strong, he’s clear, he’s cool.
“It’s not easy for these guys to train for the first time with a new manager and think always ‘he’s going to make a final judgement’ or something like this. That’s not how I work but these guys don’t know this.
“I enjoy working with these guys. He’s really a talent.”
The midfielder has already represented England at the U18 and the U20 level and has played for Liverpool six times this season.
