Trent Alexander-Arnold is among the players returning to the starting lineup as Liverpool prepare to take on Watford at Vicarage Road.

Jurgen Klopp has made three changes to the side that started in the 2-2 draw with Manchester City last time out, as Liverpool get set to lock horns with Watford at Vicarage Road. The first shuffle comes in goal, as Caoimhin Kelleher starts in place of Alisson Becker, who is unavailable to take on Watford.

In front of Kelleher, the four-man defensive unit is nearly unchanged, with Joel Matip and Virgil van Dijk once again pairing up at the heart of Liverpool’s backline while Andrew Robertson is the left-back for the Reds. The only bit of change comes on the right flank, where Trent Alexander-Arnold is stationed after overcoming a minor issue.

James Milner has made way for Alexander-Arnold at right-back but is still a part of the starting lineup, moving up in the midfield unit, where he has taken up the spot vacated by the unavailable Fabinho. Meanwhile, the injured Curtis Jones has been replaced by Naby Keita, with captain Jordan Henderson keeping hold of his spot.

Finally, in attack, Roberto Firmino comes in for Diogo Jota, who is among the substitutes along with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Divock Origi, among others. Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane continue as the two wide men and will be hoping to continue an impressive run of form.

Liverpool Starting Lineup: Kelleher, Alexander-Arnold, Matip, van Dijk, Robertson, Milner, Henderson, Keita, Salah, Firmino, Mane
