Fabinho is back in the lineup while Roberto Firmino and Andrew Robertson also start as Liverpool gear up to take on Chelsea in the Premier League.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has made three changes to the side that defeated Burnley last time out for the home game against fellow title contenders Chelsea on Sunday.

The first alteration comes in the defence where Andrew Robertson has been deemed fit enough to start at left-back. The Scotsman comes into the side at the expense of Kostas Tsimikas. The rest of the backline remains intact, with Trent Alexander-Arnold, Joel Matip and Virgil van Dijk completing the back four in front of Alisson Becker.

The second alteration comes in the middle of the park as Fabinho returns to the side after missing the Burnley clash due to personal reasons. Surprisingly it is Naby Keita who makes way for the Brazilian international, with Klopp backing Harvey Elliott for another start in midfield alongside captain Jordan Henderson.

The final change sees Diogo Jota drop out of the side, to be replaced by Roberto Firmino. The Brazilian will be flanked by usual partners in crime, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane. Thiago Alcantara, Ibrahima Konate remain on the bench yet again.

Liverpool Confirmed XI: Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Matip, van Dijk, Robertson; Elliott, Fabinho, Henderson; Salah, Firmino, Mane.
