Daniel James starts while Hannibal Mejbri and Shola Shoretire are on the bench as Manchester United take on Wolves in their final Premier League game of the season.

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has made wholesale changes to the side that drew against Fulham last time for the final league game of the season against Wolves.

The big news is that Daniel James, who has missed the past few games with injury, is back in the starting XI for Manchester United. The Welshman starts alongside Amad Diallo and Juan Mata in attack. Academy graduate Anthony Elanga also gets a start, potentially as the lone striker for the Red Devils against Wolves.

Nemanja Matic starts in the middle of the park and is captainig the team as well, on the evening. He will be partnered by Donny van de Beek in the double pivot, with Scott McTominay an option on the bench.

Dean Henderson returns in goal after sitting out against Fulham while the likes of Brandon Williams, Alex Telles and Axel Tuanzebe start in defence, with Eric Bailly retaining his spot in the lineup. Youth star Hannibal Mejbri is on the bench, as is Shola Shoretire, along with Marcus Rashford. Bruno Fernandes and Paul Pogba miss out from the matchday squad.

Manchester United Starting Lineup: Henderson, Williams, Bailly, Tuanzebe, Telles, van de Beek, Matic, Diallo, Mata, James, Elanga.
