Luke Shaw starts in defence while Marcus Rashford is also among those returning as Manchester United prepare to take on RB Leipzig in the UEFA Champions League.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has made five changes to the team that started in the 3-1 win over West Ham United in the Premier League as Manchester United get set to lock horns with RB Leipzig in a UEFA Champions League Group H tie. The first shuffle comes in goal, where David de Gea replaces Dean Henderson.

In front of de Gea, Manchester United seem to be lining up in a 3-4-1-2 formation, with Luke Shaw back in the starting lineup. Shaw starts alongside Victor Lindelof and captain Harry Maguire in the back-three, with Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Alex Telles being the two wing-backs.

Up ahead in midfield, Nemanja Matic comes in for Paul Pogba, who drops down to the bench. Matic is stationed in the double pivot alongside Scott McTominay, with Fred suspended. Donny van de Beek is a backup option in midfield.

Finally, in attack, Bruno Fernandes and Marcus Rashford return, lining up alongside Mason Greenwood, with Anthony Martial and Edinson Cavani out injured. Fernandes will reprise the no. 10 role, with Rashford and Greenwood forming the strike partnership for Manchester United against RB Leipzig.

Manchester United Starting Lineup: de Gea, Lindelof, Maguire, Shaw, Wan-Bissaka, Matic, McTominay, Telles, Bruno Fernandes, Rashford, Greenwood
