Billy Gilmour makes a rare appearance in the starting lineup while Jorginho remains benched as Chelsea prepare to take on Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.

Frank Lampard has made just one change to the side that eased past Watford this past weekend as Chelsea get set to lock horns with Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park. Kepa Arrizabalaga keeps his place between the sticks, with Willy Caballero being his backup again.

There are no changes in the back-line either. Andreas Christensen and Kurt Zouma continue their pairing at the heart of the Chelsea defence, while Reece James and captain Cesar Azpilicueta are the two full-backs for the Blues.

The only shuffle in the starting lineup comes in midfield, with Billy Gilmour starting at the base of the three-man unit in the absence of the injured N’Golo Kante. Surprisingly, the young Scotsman has been preferred to Chelsea vice-captain Jorginho, who is benched again.

Gilmour will have Mason Mount and Ross Barkley for company in the middle of the park. Up ahead in attack, Olivier Giroud leads the line for Chelsea against Crystal Palace, with Tammy Abraham on the bench again. Willian and Christian Pulisic are the two wide men.

Chelsea Starting Lineup: Kepa, Azpilicueta, Christensen, Zouma, James, Mount, Gilmour, Barkley, Willian, Giroud, Pulisic
