Maurizio Sarri has chosen to hand starts to academy graduates Callum Hudson-Odoi and Ruben Loftus-Cheek as Chelsea take on Dynamo Kyiv in the UEFA Europa League.

Chelsea go into the match with one change from the back four that managed a clean sheet in the first leg against Dynamo Kyiv. Antonio Rudiger comes in for David Luiz while the likes of Davide Zappacosta, Andreas Christensen and Marcos Alonso retain their place.

The midfield sees Ruben Loftus-Cheek being handed a start alongside Mateo Kovacic and N’Golo Kante, with Jorginho provided a rest and Ross Barkley not risked, for the English international is one yellow card away from suspension.

In attack, the calls to start Callum Hudson-Odoi have finally paid heed it seems. Maurizio Sarri hinted at the prospect in his pre-match conference and has followed up on it by handing the youngster a start on the left wing. Willian is the captain for the night while Gonzalo Higuain’s absence means a start for Olivier Giroud.
