Jordan Henderson has returned to the starting lineup while Roberto Firmino is in the matchday squad as Liverpool prepare to face Everton at Goodison Park.

Jurgen Klopp has made one change to the side that beat Watford on Wednesday ahead of the 284th edition of the Merseyside derby. That change were club captain Jordan Henderson return, with James Milner making way in midfield.

Georginio Wijnaldum and Fabinho though, have retained their places, with Naby Keita missing out yet again. The big news, meanwhile, is that Roberto Firmino is back, albeit only on the bench, which means Divock Origi starts in his place for a second game running.

Origi is accompanied by Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane, with the latter likely to lead the line for Liverpool once more. At the back, there are no changes made by Klopp.

Virgil can Dijk, Joel Matip, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andrew Robertson thus form the back four again, with Alisson Becker lining up in goal for Liverpool against Everton.
