Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has made two changes to the team that started against Juventus in the midweek, for the derby against Manchester City.

Manchester United will go into the blockbuster contest against local rivals Manchester City without club record signing Paul Pogba. The Frenchman did not train with the squad on Friday due to an injury and misses out from the matchday squad for Jose Mourinho’s side.

Marouane Fellaini gets the nod in the middle of the park in the World Cup winner’s place, alongside Ander Herrera and Nemanja Matic. Alexis Sanchez drops to the bench for the Red Devils, with academy graduate Marcus Rashford replacing the Chilean superstar in attack.

Jesse Lingard keeps his place in the team ahead of Juan Mata, who sparked the turnaround against Juventus. Romelu Lukaku is fit again, but can only make it to the bench for the game at the Etihad.
