Antonio Conte has opted to provide Eden Hazard some rest, with the player on the bench as Stoke City visit Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea fans are in for somewhat of a shock, with Eden Hazard benched by Antonio Conte for the last match of the calendar year. The Belgian has been given a much-needed rest, with Conte also choosing to revert to a 3-4-3, with Willian Pedro on either side of Morata.
