Chelsea were in search of consecutive victory number 12 as they hosted Eddie Howe’s Bournemouth at Stamford Bridge on Boxing Day.

The Blues were without top scorer Diego Costa who was missing through suspension. Pedro started in Costa’s stead and he stepped up in style as he grabbed a brace either side of Eden Hazard’s penalty to ensure a comfortable 3-0 win for Chelsea.

Pedro’s first goal was a spectacle to behold, as he beautifully chipped Artur Boruc from the edge of the box to open the scoring for Chelsea. Have a look at the wonder goal here:
