Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has dropped under-fire keeper Loris Karius from the starting eleven after a few disappointing performances between the sticks with Simon Mignolet reinstated as the goalkeeper.

Ragnar Klavan comes in for the injured Dejan Lovren, who seems to be suffering from cramps. The unavailability of Emre Can means the Reds shall line up with the trio of Lallana, Henderson and Wijnaldum in the middle of the park.

Karius has been named on the bench alongside a quartet of academy aces – Ejaria, Alexander, Stewart and Woodburn.

Middlesbrough have many players starting that have been formerly at top Premier League clubs. Former Manchester United duo Victor Valdes and Fabio are in the starting eleven alongside Arsenal loanee Calum Chambers and former Manchester City striker Alvaro Negredo.
