Real Madrid produced an exhilarating display of attacking and counter-attacking football as they routed Real Betis by 6 goals to 1.
Raphael Varane opened the scoring for Los Blancos while Karim Benzema doubled the lead with Marcelo scoring the third. Isco scored a goal each on either side of Real Betis’ only goal of the game. Cristiano Ronaldo rounded the match off with a goal at the end as Real Madrid ran out 6-1 winners in a performance Zidane is likely to be massively pleased with.
