Arsenal’s Spanish playmaker Santi Cazorla successfully attempted a recreation of Thierry Henry’s iconic goal against Manchester United in 2000.

Almost every Arsenal and Manchester United fan remembers the famous goal scored by French legend Thierry Henry against the Red Devils in 2000.

The Frenchman scooped the ball up with his back towards the goal outside the United box and launched a shot that went into the top corner, beating compatriot Fabian Barthez in United’s goal.

Santi Cazorla attempted to replicate Henry’s strike on the training ground and was ecstatic as he managed to do it in his second attempt with the help of Granit Xhaka, who passed the ball to him.
