Belgian playmaker Eden Hazard was at his sublime best for Chelsea as they recorded a 4-2 win against Bundesliga club Werder Bremen in their final pre-season friendly.
Hazard had a forgettable 2015-16 season as the Blues slumped to a 10th placed finish, but he seems to have put those demons behind him. The 25-year-old has been very good for Chelsea in pre-season and he continued in his rich vein of form against Werder Bremen.
The playmaker opened the scoring for Chelsea and registered an assist as they took control of the game in the first half. Hazard has scored three goals in three games for the Blues in pre-season, and fans will be hoping he carries this form into the new season.
