Marko Grujic scored his first goal on Liverpool debut in a pre-season friendly against Fleetwood Town.

It took Liverpool’s new signing just 5 minutes to find himself on the scoresheet for his new employers, as he calmly slotted home a pass played by left-back Alberto Moreno. Signed just for a reported fee of £5.1 million, the Serbian showed why he was worth every penny, and gave the Liverpool fans plenty to be optimistic about going into the 2016/17 campaign. He also registered an assist, putting in an impressive all-round performance for the Reds.
