Although Louis Van Gaal’s career at Manchester United seems to be hanging by a thread, he is as crazy as ever in his interactions with the press.

In the aftermath of the Red Devil’s 1-0 loss to Southampton, speculation is rife that these could be the last days of the Dutch manager at Old Trafford. But at a press conference before leaving for the Netherlands to celebrate his daughter’s birthday, the 64-year-old left the fans with another ‘Van Gaal’ moment.

When a reporter questioned him about the possibilities of signing ex-England fullback Ashley Cole, the Dutchman stated that Cole had not played in a year and bestowed a patronizing slap upon his face.
