Tottenham Exit On The Cards For Soldado As Villarreal Close In

Tottenham’s misfiring striker Roberto Soldado is on the verge of putting an end to his miserable two year spell with the London club as he closes in on finalizing his move to Spanish side Villarreal CF. The former Spanish international signed for Spurs in 2013 from Valencia for a fee of £26 million. Since Harry Kane spectacularly burst onto the scene in the middle of last season, the 30-year-old has moved further down the White Hart Lane pecking order. Frustration in front of Goal Roberto Soldado’s struggles in front of goal for Spurs have been well documented over the past two seasons.
