We provide potentially marketable betting tips for Gameweek 22 of the Premier League featuring Tottenham vs Chelsea as the Match of the Day.

Arsenal kick things off with a trip to Wolves on Tuesday evening, looking to extend their unbeaten run while the hosts will be aiming to get a win after a wretched run of form in the Premier League. Manchester United will be raring to get back to winning ways against an injury-hit Southampton side at Old Trafford.

Liverpool will be looking to continue closing the gap to the top when they host a Brighton side buoyed by the weekend win against Tottenham. The big game of the midweek matchday will come our way from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium though, as Jose Mourinho’s men take on local rivals Chelsea, who will be confident after picking up their first win under Thomas Tuchel.

Leicester will push for a victory against a resolute Fulham side after a disappointing result against Leeds United, who themselves will have a tough game against Everton at Elland Road. High-fliers Aston Villa and West Ham will face off in an enticing match-up at the Villa Park.

Arsenal are on a seven-game unbeaten run in the Premier League thanks to a new-found solidity in defence, whereas Wolves have failed to win in their previous eight fixtures with lack of goals becoming a problem for Nuno Espirito Santo’s men. Neither team has exactly been prolific in front of goal, but the Gunners have been good on the road of late, and their solid rearguard should help see them out Wolves.

Favourable Tips

  1. Arsenal to win @ 2.20

Hot Ones

  1. Arsenal Clean Sheet – YES @ 2.50

Manchester United vs Southampton

Coming into the game without a win in their last two, Manchester United will be aiming to get their title charge back on track against a Southampton side that has been hit very hard with injuries over the past week or so. The Saints have lost their last three league encounters and even though the Red Devils lost at home against Sheffield United, they have won four of their last six at Old Trafford.

The reverse fixture saw Manchester United pull off a sensational second-half comeback in what was a five-goal thriller. We could be in for another game filled with goals and don’t rule out Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side coming out on top even if they end up going behind.

Favourable Tips

  1. Over 2.5 Match Goals @ 1.57

Hot Ones

  1. Manchester United to WIN from Behind @ 6.50

Burnley vs Manchester City

Burnley’s results against the likes of Liverpool and Aston Villa have pulled them away from the relegation zone. But, up against a Manchester City side that is starting to hit top gear, the Clarets stand little chance. The two teams have already clashed twice this season, with Pep Guardiola’s men winning both with an aggregate scoreline of 8-0.

With Burnley missing some important players, it is hard to see them trouble a solid Manchester City defence that will be further boosted by John Stones’ return to the lineup. The Cityzens have won on each of their last three visits to Turf Moor and that should be the case once again on Wednesday.

Favourable Tips

  1. Manchester City Asian Handicap -1.5 @ 1.625

Hot Ones

  1. Raheem Sterling to score 2 or more @ 6.50

Liverpool vs Brighton

After a frustrating run of results, Liverpool seem to have found their mojo back again, picking up impressive wins against Tottenham and West Ham United. Brighton, meanwhile, will be in confident mood after having picked up their first home win of the season at the weekend.

Mohamed Salah is back among the goals again and that could spell serious troubles for Graham Potter & co. However, Liverpool’s defensive frailties, despite the deadline day additions, might present Brighton with a few chances of their own.

Favourable Tips

  1. Over 2.5 Match Goals @ 1.66

Hot Ones

  1. Neal Maupay to score anytime @ 3.40

The big game of the week will see Jose Mourinho & co. trying to bounce back from disheartening defeats to Liverpool and Brighton when they welcome Chelsea, who will be playing their first London Derby under new boss Thomas Tuchel.

Chelsea showed promising signs in the win against Burnley, but still have plenty of issues to iron out, especially in the attacking side of things. Tottenham struggled without Harry Kane last time out and are likely to find goals hard to come by once again, with their opponents not having conceded in their last two games.

Favourable Tips

  1. Under 2.5 Match Goals @ 1.90

Hot Ones

  1. Full Time Result – Draw @ 3.40

Leicester, despite not winning in their last two matches, should be able to overcome Fulham, given their impressive form on the road. West Ham’s trip to Villa will be an intriguing fixture with the outcome likely to hinge on how the Hammers’ backline cope with the attacking threat of Jack Grealish & co.

Favourable Tips

  1. Leicester to beat Fulham @ 1.90

Hot Ones

  1. West Ham to beat Aston Villa @ 3.25
