We take a look at some of the potentially profitable markets from the 22nd gameweek of the Premier League featuring Tottenham vs Manchester United and more.

A London derby kicks things off on Saturday, with West Ham United hosting Arsenal, who have Manchester United breathing down their neck now. Liverpool will be looking to snap their two-game losing streak as they travel to face a Brighton side that have registered commendable results against top sides this season.

Chelsea face Newcastle United in a bid to arrest their rut. Manchester City and Wolves will go up against each other on Monday night at Etihad. But, it is the Sunday match at Wembley between Tottenham and Manchester United that has everyone excited, with the match billed as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s biggest test yet.

Before we move on to the profitable markets for the current gameweek, let us take a look at how things panned out for us in the twenty-first gameweek.

An encounter that always delivers entertainment and goals irrespective of the result, although Arsenal have come out on top on more occasions. Their recent form is almost identical, which combined with the Gunners’ defensive troubles will make for an interesting fixture.

West Ham could ideally jump from 10th to 7th if they win on Saturday and other results go their way, which will be an added incentive for the home side. Arsenal have shown signs of struggle and we could see an even encounter on Saturday, with goalmouth action more than likely.

Favourable Bets

1. Both Teams to Score – YES @ 1.50

2. Full Time Result – West Ham or Draw @ 1.80

Underdog Bets

1. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang Over 0.5 Assists @ 5.00

Brighton vs Liverpool

Chris Hughton and his men are in somewhat of a freefall. But, their match against Liverpool isn’t that much of a done deal as the points difference suggests, with Brighton having less than half of Liverpool’s points tally right now. Brighton have performed well in matches where they were the underdogs.

Expect Brighton to make things difficult for Liverpool. But, the Reds could come into the game intending to prove themselves after successive defeats and should pick up a win.

Favourable Bets

1. Over 2.5 Match Goals @ 1.72

2. Liverpool Asian Handicap – 1.5 @ 1.970

3. Liverpool Clean Sheet – NO @ 1.90

Underdog Bets

1. Glenn Murray to score anytime @ 4.00

Chelsea vs Newcastle United

These are the kind of games that Rafa Benitez has become an expert in grinding. Chelsea are troubled with their own issues upfront and have Arsenal and Manchester United within distance, despite a brilliant start to the Premier League campaign under Maurizio Sarri.

The Magpies could give some competition for the Blues, who should come out on top.

Favourable Bets

1. Newcastle United Asian Handicap +2.0 @ 1.650

2. Under 2.5 Match Goals @ 2.20

Underdog Bets

1. Newcastle Clean Sheet – YES @ 11.00

Tottenham vs Manchester United

The game that could perhaps decide Manchester United’s top four ambitions for the season, the fixture is also billed as an audition for Mauricio Pochettino, who has been tipped to be the favourite to land the job in the summer. United are in an upward swing and will be a tough proposition for Tottenham.

Ideally, we should see goals at Wembley and who knows, another win for the baby-faced assassin?

Favourable Bets

1. Both Teams to Score – YES @ 1.53

2. Full Time Result – Draw or Manchester United @ 1.80

Underdog Bets

1. Full Time Result – Draw @ 3.70

2. Marcus Rashford to score anytime @ 3.50

Watford could be in for a surprise against a resurgent Crystal Palace, while the match between Cardiff City and Huddersfield could affect the fate of David Wagner’s side as far as their Premier League status is concerned.

Manchester City have pumped in goals in their two cup games in January, 2019 but should meet more of a match when they welcome Wolves at Etihad.

1. Manchester City vs Wolves – Wolves Asian Handicap + 2.5 @ 1.575

2. Everton to beat Bournemouth @ 1.75

3. Crystal Palace to beat Watford @ 2.25
