The Hard Tackle takes a look at the best betting markets for the top fixtures ahead of the thirteenth game-week of the Premier League.

Chelsea host an injury-plagued Tottenham side, who thus far are the only team to remain unbeaten in the league. Elsewhere, Bournemouth travel to face Arsenal but Eddie Howe will be without Jack Wilshere who is ineligible to play against his parent club.

Manchester United look to carry their Europe form into the Premier League as they host West Ham United while Leicester City would look to do the same when they face Middlesbrough. Sunderland face a daunting prospect as they face Liverpool while Stoke are out to prove their loss to Bournemouth last weekend was a mere blip as they face Watford.

The Hard Tackle takes a look at the potentially profitable markets available in the top matches:

Favourable Bets result for Game-week 12: 5/13

The Hard Tackle aggregate: 52/104

Underdog Bets result: Unfortunately none of the underdog bets came in.

Hull City v Chelsea - Premier League

Explanation for the results:

Well, it was an unfortunate week for us. But the luck factor loomed large over our bets.

All 4 bets from Liverpool’s game went south because the two teams chose to play out a 0-0 draw, something that no one had foreseen.

Manchester United vs Arsenal saw our Under 5.5 cards bet lose because two cards were shown after 90 minutes, i.e. in additional time, a tough one for us.

We hope to come back stronger with the current game-week.

1. Liverpool vs Sunderland

A game that should have plenty of goals and perhaps a little bit of drama in it. David Moyes has history with Liverpool, having been the manager of their local rivals Everton for a decade and then a short stint as the manager of another historical rival in Manchester United.

Liverpool would be eager to return to their free-scoring form after a 0-0 result against Southampton. Sunderland seem to have also found their scoring boots at last with 3 goals against Hull City last weekend.

Favourable Bets:

1. Over 1.5 First Half Goals @ 2.00

2. Over 3.5 Cards @ 1.83

2. Burnley vs Manchester City

This is a match that we have decided to go just by the fact that Burnley have managed to perform some amazing feats at home this season. A 2-0 defeat of Liverpool perhaps made the Premier League take notice of their power to win against any side at home and the results that have followed have only added further credibility to it.

While Burnley is fourth on the table in terms of home results, a place above Manchester City, the Citizens are the best travelling side in the league this season. However, Burnley and their fortress may prove to be City’s undoing and they may leave the Turf Moor Stadium frustrated.

Favourable Bets:

1. Burnley +1.5,2.0 Asian Handicap @ 1.875

2. Over 6.5 Man City corners @ 1.66

Underdog Bets:

1. Under 2.5 Match Goals @ 2.60

3. Arsenal vs Bournemouth

A game where we have decided to go with history, to an extent. Arsenal’s November woes are yet to fully show this season and this may just be the game that freshens the wound and inflicts further agony in what has been, in large, a cursed month for Arsenal, especially during Arsene Wenger’s reign.

Favourable Bets:

1. Bournemouth Asian Handicap +1.0,1.5 @ 1.975

2. Over 3 Asian Cards @ 1.80

Underdog Bets:

1. Draw or Bournemouth @ 3.00

4. Manchester United vs West Ham United

No other bet seems plausible except the fact that the match seems destined to be a high scoring affair. Both the defences seem leaky at the moment and even though we feel United will win, the odds of 1.40 are too steep to take the plunge.

United come into the game having scored 3 or more goals in two games in the past seven days and West Ham were on the losing end of a 5-goal thriller last game-week.

Favourable Bets:

1. Over 2.5 Match Goals @ 1.70

5. Chelsea vs Tottenham

Chelsea vs Tottenham is set to be a hotly contested affair. If anyone remembers what happened last season, the cards bet would feel like an assured win. While Chelsea may be favoured to win, in large, because of Tottenham’s injury crisis, Pochettino has seen his side prevail and fight to be the only side yet to taste defeat in the current season.

Favourable Bets:

1. Over 5.5 Cards @ 1.90

2. Over 11.5 Corners @ 2.00

6. Miscellaneous Bets

Leicester City need a win to jump-start their campaign and with the Foxes having secured their qualification into the knockout phase of the UEFA Champions League, Ranieri is likely to now shift focus to the league. Karanka’s side has fared well up until now but the Foxes have shown hints of finding some form and this could very well be the game where they unleash themselves.

Favourable Bets:

1. Leicester City to beat Middlesbrough @ 1.90

Underdog Bets:

1. Southampton vs Everton draw @ 3.40

2. Watford vs Stoke – Full Time Result – Draw @ 3.30

3. Hull City vs West Brom – Full Time Result – Hull City win @ 3.10
