Liverpool FC manager Brendan Rodgers had a tough task of addressing the press after the Anfield side crashed to a morale-crushing 3-0 defeat to West Ham at home.
Liverpool FC have made a decent start to the new season, until last night. West Ham’s early goal undone the plan of Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers, who had set up hoping to keep their fourth clean sheet in as many games.
Individual mistakes were at the forefront in each of the three goals, as Liverpool crashed to their first defeat at home to West Ham since 1963.
Speaking post the loss, Rodgers said that the individual errors cost the Reds dear. He also said that Coutinho should not have been sent off and the play maker will now miss the clash against Manchester United following the international break.
