Lionel Messi is a man who makes some of the most difficult things look really simple, on the football pitch. The Argentine master did just that yet again, as he scored a stunning free kick against Deportivo la Coru a.
FC Barcelona got the free kick just outside the penalty box, on the 38th minute, and it was a perfect chance for the Argentina forward to break the deadlock, which was important, especially as the Catalans were missing another star man Neymar.
The free kick was in perfect range and angle for Messi to score. The diminutive forward did just that by curling a characteristic left footer over the wall, with just the perfect amount of dip, to keep it out of the reach of his compatriot Dario Lux.
Here’s the video of the goal.
