Sky Sports pundits Jamie Carragher, Greame Souness and Thierry Henry were discussing the sacking of Liverpool FC manager Brendan Rodgers in the aftermath of Arsenal FC’s win over Manchester United and the possible candidates who could replace the Norther Irishman.

Jurgen Klopp is odds on favourite for the recently vacated position as the manager of Liverpool FC, with Carlo Ancelotti also said to be in the mix. The trio of Souness, Carragher and Henry were seen discussing the possibilities of who the Anfield club would next appoint at it’s helm. Carragher feels that Klopp would be the ideal candidate to take the Reds forward, something which Souness concurred with.

Carragher went on to further highlight the problems within the club, which includes, but is not limited to politics around player recruitment and accountability. He also explained why managing Liverpool FC had become so much more difficult and even questioned why a Klopp or an Ancelotti would like to take the risk.
