Tottenham Hotspur have made clear their intentions to finish in top 4 this season with a 2-1 win over high-flying Watford, where Erik Lamela scored a wonderful goal to put Spurs in front.
This win means that Manchester United simply must beat Chelsea FC in the late kickoff, as Tottenham have now moved six points clear of the Red Devils.
Lamela broke free from the midfield, and was driving at the Watford defence. While he was doing that, he also seemed to be looking for Harry Kane on his right, to pass to the English forward.
However seeing that he himself was in a better position than Kane, he decided to shoot for goal. Incredibly, he also happened to have nutmegged Miguel Britos, as he scored the goal. Here is the video.
