We wanted to keep a clean sheet. but we are happy to get a point against a tough Delhi side. Four points from two away games against two teams on opposite ends of the table is very satisfying for us.

It was frustrating to be ruled offside. Some of the decisions were controversial today. I am happy to score today but I am more happy with the team’s performance in the last two away matches. Four points makes us happy. My personal performance is irrelevant.

The Canadian who has led the attack for his side in absence of marquee player Helder Postiga expressed confidence that his side are returning back to their best at the right time.

Helder is back and Dejan has been signed, so its competition for the striking spot now which augurs well for the team. Sameehg Doutie and Valdo played well today and Izumi was the star against Kerala Blasters. Strength and depth is coming back to the team at the right time.
