Luis Suarez joined FC Barcelona amid much fanfare last summer but he failed to justify his hefty price tag in his first few months in the Catalan capital. However, the Uruguay international has settled in well in the starting XI of Barca now and has said that his primary job for Blaugrana is to help Leo Messi and Neymar play better.

Luis Suarez was banned from playing any kind of competitive football when he joined FC Barcelona in the summer of 2014. As a result, the striker made his much awaited debut for FC Barcelona in October but he struggled in his first few months at the club. But the player looks well settled now as he has scored some very important goals for FC Barcelona in last couple of months.

Luis Suarez, along with the duo of Leo Messi and Neymar, has formed the most dangerous attacking partnership in Europe for FC Barcelona. And in his interview for UEFA.com ahead of tonighta s clash against Paris Saint Germain, Luis Suarez was full of praise for both, Messi and Neymar.

“Life at FC Barcelona is about adapting to the way Leo Messi and Neymar play and the moves they make, and trying to make things easier for them,” Luis Suarez said.

“They are incredible players, but you work to support the team regardless of who is playing that day. Everybody feels comfortable in their role of helping Messi and Neymar play their best game.

“There are situations where we have maybe two or three players in attack to distract the defence.”
