FC Barcelona technical secretary Roberto Fernandez confirmed Halilovic will leave on loan, while teammate Adama Traore might leave with Liverpool FC reportedly keen on the player.

FC Barcelona’s technical secretary Roberto Fernandez, in his first press conference, has said that Barcelona B midfielder Allen Halilovic may be loaned out with team mate Adama Traore set to leave.

Halilovic sure to be loaned: Fernandez

Halilovic is described by FC Barcelona website as:

One of the most promising young players in Europe, Halilovic is a quick, attack-minded midfielder with excellent control of the ball and positional sense, as well as having a fine shot. He is extraordinarily mature for his age, and has an elegant manner to his game coupled with a top notch ability to read the play.

The talented Croatian was signed in May, last season, and Fernandez was quoted saying by the official club website that he will be loaned out to further develop his game.

Fernandez said: a Halilovic is sure to go on loan to another team. We have told the player that thata s Bar aa s intention. Wea ll look for a loan deal where he can continue to develop as a player and come back next year. Hea s a young player with a lot of quality.a

Adama Traore to leave: Fernandez

Adama Traore is a promising Barca B prospect, who scored three goals and made 14 assists in 37 appearances last season for his side.

He made his FC Barcelona debut at just 17 years of age in November 2013, when the then manager Tata Martino bought him on to replace Neymar in the 81st minute against Granada. In the process, Traore became the 9th youngest player in the history of the club.

With the signature of Arda Turan to add to the existing line up of inside/wide forward at FC Barcelona, Traore expects his chances to be limited and is keen to move away from the Catalan giants.

According to the Catalan newspaper Sport, Liverpool FC are keen to make Traore their seventh signing of the summer and Fernandez admits the player may leave the club.
