Chelsea FC are set to sign Manchester United flop Radamel Falcao with the player agreeing personal terms as per reports in The Sunday Times.
Chelsea FC and Falcao have agreed terms of the transfer with the London club hoping to agree terms with Monaco in the coming days over a loan or full transfer move.
Falcao has chosen Chelsea FC after Jose Mourinho promised to handle the striker in a manner which proved beyond Louis Van Gaal during the Colombiana s loan season at Manchester United.
The Portuguese has vowed to get the best out of the Colombian who terrorized defenses across Europe during his time with Atletico Madrid and FC Porto.
Confirming his desire to sign Radamel Falcao, the Chelsea FC manager said: a It really hurts me that people in England believe that Falcao is the guy they saw at Manchester United.a
a Hea s a player I know, one that Ia ve followed since Atletico Madrid and if I can help Falcao arrive at his level I will do it.a
Monaco, who signed the Colombian from Atletico Madrid in the summers of 2013 for a fee of around a 60m, cannot accommodate the 29-year-olda s wages under current Financial Fair Play regulations and are open to either a full transfer or a loan to Chelsea FC.
According to sources close to the deal, Falcao is now a 100%a committed to Chelsea FC and is desperate to complete the move and get his career back on track after trouble with injuries and his form post the period.
The former Manchester United man is keen to remain in England and regain his form and it looks like the deal is days away from completion.
