England comfortably beat minnows Estonia last night, with Theo Walcott and Raheem Sterling getting on the score sheet.

However, it was Everton midfielder Ross Barkley, who grabbed the man of the match with an assured and inventive performance in the middle of the park and also assisted Walcott’s 45th minute opener.

Prior to kick-off, Manchester United captain, Wayne Rooney was commemorated for his record-breaking 50 goals for the Three Lions, with previous record holder Sir Bobby Charlton presenting the 29-year-old with the Golden Boot.
